Fact: If you ski Revelstoke Mountain Resort from top to bottom eight times in one day, you will have skied the height of Mt. Everest - because RMR has bragging rights with its 5,620 feet of vertical. Getting There

They (whoever “They are”) say….that the journey is as important as  the destination and in this case its true. Travelling to Revelstoke from the east or the west is a journey worth anticipating. Pass through National Parks, view white-water rivers, pristine forests, dramatic peaks, impressive glaciers, mighty rivers, orchards and vineyards. If you are renting a vehicle, please request your vehicle is equipped with winter tires for your commute into the interior.

Driving

Arriving from Calgary Alberta is easy. Get on the TransCanada for 413 km (257 mi) then unpack the car. From the west, Vancouver is 631 km (392 mi) using the TransCanada and the scenic Coquihalla before resuming your journey on the TransCanada. Spokane, Washington is 460 km (286 mi).

 

Flights

Scheduled regional service with national and international connections is available in the nearby center of Kelowna with ground transport to Revelstoke.

New this year 2017 - is direct air service from Vancouver to Revelstoke check with the resort for details.

Shuttles

Regularly scheduled shuttles are available from the Kelowna Airport to Revelstoke. A local shuttle runs every day the resort is open into the town of Revelstoke making many convenient stops well into the evening.
