Come for the day or stay overnight. The hotel/hostel at the base of the mountain is only steps from the lift and offers really affordable lift/stay package options.

Getting There

Castle Mountain Resort is located near Pincher Creek in the pristine wilderness of the Southern Alberta Rockies just off Highway 3.

Driving

2.0 hours south of Calgary - Head south on Highway 2, turn west onto Highway 3. Follow the signs from Pincher Creek.

1.5 hours west of Lethbridge - Head west on Highway 3. Follow the signs from Pincher Creek

5.5 hours south of Edmonton - Head south on Highway 2, turn west onto Highway 3. Follow the signs from Pincher Creek

 

Flights

Calgary International Airport (2.5 hrs north) is the closest airport for international travellers. Lethbridge Regional Airport (1.5 hrs east) welcomes daily flights from Calgary, Edmonton and Ft. McMurray. Rental cars are available at either airport.
