1. Eligibility Giveaway is open to those 18 or older and able to travel to Kinosoo Ridge Resort, during the 2025-26 ski season.

2. Entry Period The giveaway begins on February 17, 2026 and ends on Feb 27, 2026, at 09:00 MDT. Entries submitted before or after the stated entry period will not be considered.

3. How to Enter Participants must sign up for the Kinosoo Ridge Resort newsletter. Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

4. Prize The prize is as above. Prize must be used before the end of the 2025-26 ski season.

5. Winner Selection and Notification The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The winner will be notified via the email address provided during entry, at the time of selection. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of the notification, a new winner may be selected.

6. Publicity By entering the giveaway, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. Data Collection By entering the giveaway, participants agree to receive the Kinosoo Ridge Resort newsletter.

8. General Conditions SnowSeekers reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the giveaway. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Seekers Media and its affiliates from any liability arising from the giveaway or the acceptance or use of any prize.
