Fine print (terms and conditions)
1. Eligibility Giveaway is open to those 18 or older and able to travel to northern Alberta, during the 2025-26 ski season.
3. How to Enter Participants must sign up for the Mighty Peace Tourism Association newsletter. Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
4. Prize The prize is as above. Prize must be used before the end of the 2025-26 ski season.
5. Winner Selection and Notification The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The winner will be notified via the email address provided during entry, at the time of selection. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of the notification, a new winner may be selected.
6. Publicity By entering the giveaway, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
7. Data Collection By entering the giveaway, participants agree to receive the Mighty Peace Tourism Association newsletter.
8. General Conditions SnowSeekers reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the giveaway.
