Terms and conditions

1. Eligibility Giveaway is open to those 18 or older and able to travel to ski or snowboard at the Alberta or BC resort of their choosing, during the 2025-26 ski season. 

2. Entry Period The giveaway begins on October 14, 2025 and ends on November 3, 2025 at 09:00 PST. Entries submitted before or after the stated entry period will not be considered. 

3. How to Enter Participants must sign up for SnowSeekers' e-newsletter by completing the official giveaway form, available here Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. 

4. Prize The prize is 1 adult season pass to the ski resort of the winner's choice in Alberta or BC, valid for the 2025-26 ski season in Western Canada. No trades and no cash value is offered. Winner must notify SnowSeekers by Nov 15, 2025, as to which resort they wish to receive a 2025-26 season pass.

5. Winner Selection and Notification The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The winner will be notified via the email address provided during entry, at the time of selection. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of the notification, a new winner may be selected. 

6. Publicity By entering the giveaway, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. 

7. Data Collection By entering the giveaway, participants agree to receive the SnowSeekers newsletter and promotional emails from Seekers Media. 

8. General Conditions SnowSeekers reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the giveaway. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Seekers Media and its affiliates from any liability arising from the giveaway or the acceptance or use of any prize.
