This is your destination for winter adventures: Snowshoeing, tubing, cross country skiing, and a kilometre long skate trail that weaves through the trees are only part of the action. GAME ON! Bring your hockey team and rent the NHL size rink. Warm up after with a bonfire and marshmallow roast.
All of the mountain has snow making.

Apex offers terrain to challenge every ability. Bowls, glades, chutes and steeps will keep the black diamond seekers happy. Wide open corduroy on gently slopes offer challenges for the green and blue crowd. Four terrain parks range in challenges to help you improve to master them all.

Getting There
Penticton is in the sunny south end of the Okanagan Valley. In the summer its known for great cycling routes and vineyards.
Penticton is 405 km (240 miles) east of Vancouver, B.C. and only 33 km (21 miles) west of Penticton, B.C.. Apex Mountain Resort is accessed by major highways and well maintained roads.
Fly into either Penticton regional airport (35 min away) or Kelowna International Airport (90 min away). Airport transfers and car rental packages provide several options for ground transportation between airports and the resort.
The Apex Shuttle Bus makes pick-ups at Penticton Place on weekends and holidays.
