Our goals and motivation

The options are endless. A mind-boggling number of possibilities exist in North America's Northwest—Alberta, British Columbia, Washington, Montana, and Idaho—to enjoy the great outdoors during the winter season, so many possibilities that it's difficult to know where to go and what to do.

SnowSeekers is dedicated to highlighting the wealth of winter destinations in Alberta, British Columbia, and the Northwest United States to visitors from across Canada and throughout the world across TV, online, and social media.

The inspiration behind our company is to fill a void left by most ski-related destination guides and travel magazines that routinely showcase only the most internationally recognized resorts, leaving out many other amazing opportunities available to the snow enthusiast. Often these other great destinations are only a short drive away, but many visitors are unaware.

Working together with tourism groups, tour companies, resorts, and associations, SnowSeekers is using innovative means to keep you informed about the snow.

The majority of today’s snow-seeking travellers are explorers by nature. If provided with the right information, they will actively search out new destinations, new experiences, and new surroundings. Today’s skiers and snowboarders focus less on the number of days skiing, and more on the number of new destinations and adventures to add to their resume.

Being avid snow fans ourselves, we intend on providing as much fresh information as possible on a continual basis, so those who decide to come play in our backyard have everything they need to select the resort(s) that best suit their needs and their own sense of winter fun.
