TELUS Nancy Greene Corporate Challenge – February 18 & 19

Feb. 2/11

TELUS Nancy Greene Corporate Challenge

SUN PEAKS, BC – Ties and suits are being exchanged for snowpants and skis for the 15th annual TELUS Nancy Greene Corporate Challenge taking place at Sun Peaks Resort on February 18 and 19.

This fun and friendly competition will have teams of four challenging a one-run dual giant slalom with the best time of each racer counting towards the team total.

Over the past 14 years, this charity event has raised $350,000 in support of the Sun Peaks Health Association, Sun Peaks Junior Racers and the Royal Inland Hospital.

Star power will also be present through the weekend as Olympians Steve Podborski and Kathy Kreiner-Phillips join our own Nancy Greene Raine as guest coaches.

Following the races on Saturday, the Celebration Banquet will include a live and silent auction plus the awards presentation. Some of the auction items include two 2011 Grey Cup prime seat tickets with accommodation at the Rosedale on Robson, a 4 day Shuswap Houseboat trip, and a summer adventure heli trip from Robson Helimagic.

There is still space available for teams to register. Team registration is $600 or you can sign up as an individual for $150. Every team must include at least one female and one male, and all participants must be at least 19 years old.

To register or for more information about becoming a sponsor, please contact Melanie Smith at 250-573-1941 or email
