The closest airport to Fernie is Cranbrook, 1 hour away. Cranbrook receives international and national connector flights from Calgary, Alberta (AB) and Edmonton, AB, Vancouver, British Columbia, and new this season, direct flights from Salt Lake City, Utah with Delta Airlines. Shuttle service is available. By road –  3.5 hour drive from Calgary, AB, 6.5 hour drive from Edmonton, AB, 2 hour driv  from Kalispell, Montana, and a 4-hour drive from Spokane, Washington.
