CALGARY, AB — Sunshine Village is offering great early season prices for stays at Banff’s only ski-in/ski-out hotel, the Sunshine Mountain Lodge.
“These are amazing deals,” said John Scurfield, Senior Vice-President Sales, Marketing and Resort Operations after touring the slopes. “We want Albertans to get out and experience our great snow.”
Sunshine opens for the 2011-12 season on Thursday, Nov. 17. Over the weekend, 40 cm of fresh snow fell in 48 hours, bringing the settled snow pack up to 69 cm. Skiers and riders are advised to use caution; early season conditions mean there are some unmarked natural hazards.
